The Grammy Awards 2025 took place on February 2, rewarding the best musical productions of the past year. Of course, video games have had their own category for some time now.

And it was the soundtrack to Wizardry: Proving Grounds of the Mad Overlord, composed by Winifred Phillips, that got the award of this 67th edition. This game is actually a remake of the RPG originally released on Apple II in 1981.

During his career, Phillips has also composed the music for several big games such as LittleBigPlanet 2, God of War and Assassin's Creed III: Liberation.
