While we may regret MultiVersus going the way of the Dodo on May 30, it turns out this may prove to have some great consequences for Fortnite.

According to insider Shiina, Warner Bros.' fighting game was the motive behind the end of the collaborations between DC and Epic Games' battle royale. After all, it's obvious Warner wanted to keep these crossovers for MultiVersus.

But from now on, the publisher intends to redouble its efforts and collaborate with other games.. Fortnite being the most obvious option. Heroes and villains from DC Comics could be available in the game in the near future.
